Spring has sprung!

Hello everyone, it's fair to say it has been a very interesting start to 2016. My computer of nearly 12 years has finally given up the ghost it stopped working in January. I have enquired about getting it fixed however it turns out I'm better off starting from scratch. So negative side I won't be doing any Animation for awhile via my computer anyway. I had luckily enough saved my latest short to external an hard drive and I have pressed forward with plans to try the festival circuit. I uploaded my film to Reelport it's like a database for film festival's best part of it is you can use the site to submit to any festivals directly. So far I have submitted to five festivals one was unsuccessful the others a this period in time are still unconfirmed. Although I am mainly a practitioner of Animation I do have a love of all things art related. Before my specialist study at University in Animation I went to Art college its fair to say I have tried most forms of Art. I have recently acquired some canvases and aside from a couple of personal pieces, I would maybe like to try animating a Canvas. It's not a new technique but definitely something I would not mind trying to do.
