Summer time..pause for breathe sad news festival wise

It's been awhile since I last post people, been working on this short piece that I mentioned back in April's post. I have sent a second draft to the client I am waiting on any feedback, on how to change/improve what I have put together so far. I have started using Twitter again after a long absence, and I will be regularly updating it from now on if anyone cares to follow my progress on there. I was saddened to hear about the annual Flip Festival held at the Lighthouse media centre in Wolverhampton the mannagement at the Lighthouse changed just over two years ago now when Peter McLuskie left for pastures new. However the event continued and I attended both festivals however for whatever reason and I'm not going to speculate on here. The festvial is not running in 2013 and is on "hiatus" until January 2014. No idea why although I have my own theories, however I don't think it's my place to put it on here as I mentioned. I am sad because those that follow and know me personally will know that I have been attending Flip festival since 2004. This when I was in university I even appeared in a festival programme I have it under my bed as proof. So it's a sad occurrence not being able to attend this year because if I can't attend another festival like Bristol etc. I do at least go to Flip as it's local to me and needs and deserves my support unlike anything else film related. It's a small industry in the U.K and we do all need to stay together to keep it ticking over. Anyway here is the picture of me underneathe the Flip logo far right of the top picture with three students yes more hair than I have now.
